Airnorth Kimberley Moon Experience and Argyle Diamonds Ord Valley Muster

Australian music legend Jimmy Barnes is the headline entertainer for the 2008 Airnorth Kimberley Moon Experience in Kununurra on Saturday May 17.

Barnes’ daughters Mahalia and Elly-May will also travel with their father and perform at the gala outdoor event.

Barnes leads the evening’s entertainment which also includes the Australian Army Band – Darwin, popular Perth party band Peace Love and All That Stuff featuring Tod Johnston, as well as a host of talented Kimberley musicians and entertainers.

Barnes said he was excited to be part of such an iconic event.

“I’m honoured to be invited to perform in Kununurra,” said Barnes.

“I love the Kimberley region and its people. The girls and I are really looking forward to the night.”

The Airnorth Kimberley Moon Experience is the stunning finale to the two-week Argyle Diamonds Ord Valley Muster, which runs from May 2-18, 2008.

The Muster features more than 30 events, special tours, sporting challenges and activities in and around Kununurra.

Tickets to the 2008 Airnorth Kimberley Moon Experience are $75 for adults, $25 for children 3 to 15 years, $160 for families of 2 adults and 3 children under 15 years.

A strictly limited number of VIP tickets to the Kimberley Fine Diamonds Corporate Circle will be released at $390 per person.
